Makeover Your Meeting's Website

Does your meeting need a website?  Does your meeting's website need help? 

FGC is considering offering website hosting services and templates for monthly meetings.  

We are looking for a few meetings we could work with to get a sense of the project, and to help build the templates as needed.  

Some criterial we will consdier when selecting a meeting for this project:

  • Do you have one or two volunteers from your meeting who have some basic internet and computer skills?
    • comfortable using the web, filling out forms like this one
    • using the internet for research
    • basic experience with a computer, editing photos skills a plus
    • ready to learn big-picture ideas about effective website design
  • Is there unity within your meeting that you need a website, or that your website needs help, but an uncertainty how to proceed without high-paid consultants?
If the answer is yes to these question tell us a little more about yourself.

 

We know that meetings have limited budgets.  This may end up being a free service we offer in the future, but we don't know for sure.  Participating in this first trial phase will be free.

FGC will be selecting three meetings to work with as part of a pilot project. Once the pilot projects with these three meetings are complete, we will begin to gradually roll this service out making it available to other meetings. If your meeting is not selected to be part of the pilot, you will be first on the list once we roll out this service more broadly.
