Bringing Families, Teens, and Young Adults to the Gathering
FGC Gatherings offer formative experiences that can be especially meaningful to young people who don’t have many Quaker peers in their home towns. In recent years, however, attendance by families at the Gathering has declined—a trend that FGC surveys link to rising travel and attendance costs.
With your help, the Gathering will continue to provide life-shaping experiences for hundreds of younger Friends who hone their leadership skills and strengthen their Quaker commitment.
Your gift to this campaign will help FGC create a $1 million endowment to help families, teens, and young adult Friends attend the FGC Gathering and smaller FGC events.
