The Weekend schedule
We hope to post a more detailed schedule soon, but until then, here are the important times for booking your travel plans. Check-in will be from 3-6pm on Friday, May 23. Please try to join us for dinner at 6pm, and then our evening program from 7:15-9:15pm. The conference will end around 1pm after lunch on Monday, May 26.
Housing information
We will be sleeping in the Earlham College dorm rooms. Richmond is humid and the weather is unpredictable in May. Please be aware that you will be responcible for bringing your own linens, a towel and a pillow. Camping is not permitted.
Commuting
Since we are really trying to build community, we are asking Friends to stay on campus for the entire weekend. If you have questions about this, please contact us.
Interest Groups
This is your opportunity to lead a 1 hour session on a specific topic of your choosing related to the conference theme. If there is something you would like to both present on and facilitate a conversation about, please sing up on the registration form. All interest groups are led by conference participants. There is a section on the registration form that asks for a brief description of the interest group you would like to lead, so please be prepared to write that at the time you register.
Cancellation fees
Should your plans change, and you are no longer able to attend the conference, please be aware of the following cancelation fees.
