Quaker Quest is a dynamic new program that works with meetings to examine how to better foster vibrant community while welcoming new life.  Through a series of workshops often culminating in public sessions, Friends are encouraged to speak from their faith experience.

Quaker Quest is for a healthy meeting that wants to:

  • deepen its own spiritual life.
  • welcome new life into the meeting.
  • do outreach.

Origins:  The program was founded in 2002 by twelve Quakers from Hampstead Meeting in London, who were called to share the Quaker way with interested seekers.  They honed the process over more than five years, and in 2007, they asked FGC to sheperd Quaker Quest in the United States and Canada.
