Forms, Fees and Registration

Registration Schedule

  • Mid-March: Advance Programs arrive in mailboxes.
  • April 4: Early Registration opens. All who register by April 15 have equal chance at workshop and housing options.
  • April 16-20: Registration closes to allow processing of early registrants.
  • April 21: Registration re-opens. Workshops and housing available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • May 31: Deadline for Junior Gathering registrations.
  • June 1: $50 per person late fee begins for all full-time registrations.
  • June 6: Deadline for shuttle reservations and cancellations.
  • June 10: Deadline for High School registrations.
  • Mid-June: Large cancellation fees in effect.

Exhibits, Interest Groups, etc.

  • May 7: Deadline for Interest Group proposals*
  • May 31: Deadline for Gathering Store consignment arrangements, requests for exhibit space, and intent-to-show forms*

    Approximate basic fees (shared room without air conditioning, three meals a day) will be:
    $718 per adult
    $622 per high schooler

    Reduced fees for children and for families of more than two people. Financial aid is available.
