We collect contact and identifying information of all persons who register for the Gathering. We also collect and save address and e-mail address information of persons requesting more information about the Gathering.
The registration information we collect is used for management of a specific Gathering. Postal and e-mail addresses are used for marketing of future Gatherings. An attendance list will be produced for the Gathering, and all attenders will have the opportunity to remove their names from this list before it is distributed.
We do not sell our mailing lists to any other organization or company, though we do share lists within Friends General Conference. As a result you may receive information from Development, QuakerBooks of FGC or other services and/or programs of FGC.
With respect to cookies: Where possible we use cookies to identify registered users when they return to our website.
With respect to email: You can opt out of receiving emails other than those directly to do with your current order at the time of ordering.
