Gathering Fees

Fees Described

Every full-time and half-time attender pays three fees:

  • a Program Fee
  • a Lodging and Campus Fee
  • a Meal Plan Fee (optional for commuters).

Part-time attenders pay a daily program fee and can purchase meals on site. On campus housing is not available to Part Timers but is available to Half-Time registrants.

Children on the floor must bring their bedroll, pillow, and towel.

Attenders may choose to purchase other items: early arrival rooms, shuttle tickets, t-shirts, and an attenders directory.

Family Program Fee

The Family Program fee is limited to members of families that meet all of these criteria.
  • three or more registrants consisting of:
    • one or two adults (if family includes three adults, one must register as an Individual).
    • and related children in the high school program or younger.

Pre-Gathering Events
AYF Retreat including Saturday meals $45 program fee (early housing fees are additional)
The Journey of Aging Conference,
including 3 Saturday meals & 2 nights lodging		 $50
2012 Gathering Choir,

Here are some sample rates* to help you plan your budget:

$1774 Family with two adults, one 12-year-old, and one 6-year-old

*Sample rates assume shared rooms without air conditioning and 3 meals a day. Where possible, we assume children under 11 will have the floor rate.
