Overview
Total FGC Gathering fees for 2010 are 10% lower than in 2009.
Here are some sample rates* to help you plan your budget:

$1,721 Family with 2 adults, 1 high schooler, 1 9-year-old
* Sample rates assume shared rooms without air conditioning and 3 meals a day. Where possible, we assume children will sleep on the floor.
Fees Described
Every Gathering attender pays three fees: a Program Fee, a Lodging & Campus Fee, and a Meal Plan. Part-time attenders pay a daily program fee and can purchase meals at the dining hall. Attenders may choose to purchase other items: early arrival rooms, shuttle tickets, t-shirts, and an attenders directory. If you elect to bring your own linens in advance, you are eligible for a discount. Please see our late registration/cancellation policy for additional fees.
Basic Fees
“Basic Fees” assume Friends stay in double rooms without air conditioning (AC), and that children sleep on the floor if eligible. These assumptions are used to calculate our financial aid. Learn more on our financial aid page.
Payments & Deposits
Deposits: The minimum deposit is the Program Fee for your party. However, if you are applying for financial aid from your meeting or from FGC, there is a reduced, refundable deposit of $75/person. Your deposit is due when you register. Deposits and other payments received by June 24 may be made by credit/debit card, electronic check or paper check. (Paying by electronic or paper check saves the Gathering money.)
Payments at Bowling Green: The balance due must be paid in full by cash or check during check-in; credit/debit cards will not be accepted.
Canadian Payments: Payments made in Canadian dollars will be credited with the prevailing exchange rate at our financial institution on the day of deposit.

Cancellation Fees

Additional Fees, Surcharges & Discounts
- Changes to meal plans, housing and shuttle reservations after May 31 will incur a $15 fee.
- Bank or university fees (including those for room damages, lockouts and returned checks) will be passed along at cost to the registrant.
- Attenders will be charged $30 for lost/replacement room keys.
