Exhibit Request Form
Exhibit space is limited and may sell out. We will process paid-in-full advance reservations on a first come, first serve basis in the order that they are completed. Most exhibit space will be for freestanding tabletop exhibits, with limited wall area and electrical outlets available. The deadline for requesting exhibit space is May 31.
Set-up will begin after 3 pm on June 28. While exhibitors are responsible for setting up and taking down their exhibits, an Exhibit Coordinator will be available to help you set up your table/space. Masking tape only may be used for hanging signs from tables. Exhibits must be removed by 10 PM on Friday, July 4 and FGC cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
Please be aware that, as the exhibit area will be open at all times and without supervision, any and all items in the display are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
