Leadership Training

More and more meetings are seeking ways to support committed, caring relationships.

Couple Enrichment leadership training prepares couples to lead other couples in Friends meetings in the process of nurturing their relationships. (No need to be professional counselors.)

The primary qualifications for leader couples are that they are:

  • committed to growth in their own relationships
  • open to sharing the joys and struggles of their relationship with other couples
  • able to work well as a team in group leadership.

 

The Couple Enrichment Leadership Training:

  • can lead to recognition by Friends General Conference as leaders of Couple Enrichment
  • qualifies as basic training for certification by Better Marriages organization.
  • is open to committed couples without regard to gender.

Prospective leader couples must have participated in at least one couples retreat, workshop, or growth group prior to the training.
